• 1 bag of Navy beans dried
  • 2 cups of chopped fat free ham
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 4 potatos diced
  • 8 cups of water
  • 2 cloves of galic minced
  • 1 carrot shredded (carrot sticks are nice for this recipe)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Badia seasoning about 3 teaspoons

Soak beans overnight in cold water

Place everything in the crock pot and cook on high for one hour then low for four hours or until beans are tender.

Makes 10 servings. Great for the freezer too.
