• 1 Can of Tuna
  • 2/3 cup fat free Cottage Cheese
  • 4 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 small red onion, chopped finely
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup of Mt Olive no added sugar sweet relish

This recipe for tuna salad has been a favorite. You will never miss the mayo and it will be a recipe you will use in all phases.

Just drain Tuna and combine the rest of the ingredients. Makes two servings.
